Thank you for your questions, your honest feedback, your first jams and impressions! Your posts and mentions everywhere have been very helpful, and we really appreciate the time you take to share it with everyone.
We know many of you are still waiting, and we also know that some of the silence around recent logistics and documentation work has been frustrating. So here is a status update on where things stand right now.
Gradual Dispatch and Batch 2 Situation
As you might have known, we ship current orders more gradually, not all at once. That is why some of you haven’t received tracking number emails yet. Don’t worry, the process is ongoing though we faced few challenges this month.
Also, there have been unpleasant delays. Our fulfillment partner is working very slowly with receiving, sorting, and packing. Moreover, our leftover stock from the first batch was lost and never recovered after a couple of weeks of waiting.. Because of this, we had to recount the stock from scratch (it took us a minute) to manage the storage and logistics correctly again. Fortunately it was not an incredibly huge bulk of modules after all.
Anyway, right now, Batch 2 is waiting to be packed before dispatch. We really hope that in May you will all start receiving your devices, and the waiting time will only decrease from there.
What Gets Shipped First
Because many people are asking about queue order, here is the rule as clearly as we can state it.
First, some Kickstarter backers came back recently to finalize and claim their rewards. Those Kickstarter orders are in priority, because they were awaiting longer than others (a year+ already) and were part of the original Kickstarter campaign back in 2024.
After that, we ship Market orders in chronological order. That means the people who placed webshop orders earlier will receive them earlier.
So yes: someone who ordered through the Market long before March, in 2025, should be ahead of someone who ordered only in this month.
To be realistic, some newer Market orders placed only in March/April will probably arrive around June.
After we finish the Superbooth rush, we expect to improve this flow and move closer to regular stock availability instead of waves. Also we plan to put few new products to our market very soon (read to the end).
Tax Contribution Email
As we mentioned before, we decided to address the import-tax issue after delivery, not before it.
So, shortly before publishing this update, we sent a separate email to eligible EU/US backers whose rewards have already arrived. If you are in that group, that message is very likely already waiting in your inbox.
This email is about an optional reduced voluntary contribution toward part of the import taxes that we already paid on your behalf so your package could arrive without surprise customs charges at delivery.
If you would like to help, you can simply follow the personal link in that email. As a small thank-you, everyone who contributes will also receive a one-time 5% discount coupon for a future order.
For US backers we unfortunately cannot reverse those already-paid import charges on our side, because they were processed through our agent and they still do not have a working and stable understanding on current US policies so they still just collect tax in advance.
Documentation and Tutorial Content
We know the full documentation is overdue. The truth is simple: we have big plans and very few hands.
A lot of the documentation work is already done, and right now we are trying to polis it and make the whole knowledge base more convenient and easier to navigate.
At the same time, we have already filmed and are now editing a small 101 starter video tutorial about the system itself, how to power it correctly, how to insert the modules, and how to start using MICRORACK properly and safely.

Yes, we are going to Superbooth 2026 too!
And we are going there with two incredible collaborations that we are genuinely very proud of and can’t wait to present to you.
We are not ready to fully announce everything in this post yet, but we can definitely say this: we have managed to do some beautiful work together with these two well-known teams! Keep a close eye on our channels before the exhibition and during it 
And yes, we are also quietly working on more new modules but let us keep a little intrigue for a few more days.
