I have a question about support. Maybe it has been answered some place else, but: what’s the best way to report an issue with our order?
Here on the forum or via email (or even on the kickstarter page)?
I have received my order a couple hours ago, which I am very happy about, but it seems there are parts missing.

For issues with orders it’s more convenient to use email and provide more details such as order number and maybe some pictures depending on the problem.
So, drop us a letter to support@microrack.org and we will continue with solution there.
