Do we know what shipping provider is going to be used for international shipping just yet?
Im having an absolute ball-ache dealing with ups atm. Having paid duties via PayPal (what is an option they provided) at the time of delivery for them to say they didn’t accept PayPal because THEIR calculations at the time were off by a PENNY a month later! I get a letter for the invoice with no instructions on how to pay. It’s impossible for me to call and pay and they wont accept payments on their website because the account number is longer than what they accept.
Honestly dreading ever receiving anything from ups again
