Yeah. Pfff. I asked again for info. 
May I ask a few questions? I am really disappointed by the slowness of this.
When did you order it (specifically the order that you received recently)? Was it part of the kickstarter campaign or a subsequent order? Did you receive an email saying that your order was on its way? With tracking?
Sorry for all the questions. I’m at the point where I’m considering the possibility of the order never arriving. I received my kickstarter order months ago, but my second order (at the start of April) is still in limbo. I am thinking of asking my bank for a refund. Am I the only one?
We are grateful to everyone who updates their order statuses here and we appreciate all the criticism.
Indeed, currently order processing takes awfully long and we want to be more transparent.
Given the amount of orders (lower) and shipping costs (higher) we are only able to send parcels more gradually, in much smaller batches for now.
Currently we are shipping couple of orders per week and in this pace we expect majority of the orders to arrive during August - early September, with some of the most recent ones moving to a next batch of production.
Also a thing to note, that given the circumstances with fuel prices and flight disruptions lately, the actual shipping costs have gone up 10% to 20% for us, depending on the destination. So, we are researching better options to find more cost-effective fulfillment services at other providers and locations.
To make things clearer on our market pages too, we plan to put a stock counter and batch volume progress bar on the main page with better estimates on shipping time. We hope it may ease some misunderstanding.
At our scale you can still consider the project starting its market journey. To grow sooner we are reaching out to stores across the EU, US, and UK to secure more orders and place them on the shelves to let folks get Microrack without all the waiting.
To bring physical products and hardware projects to their full momentum is quite a challenge for small companies like ours. We produce, test, destribute, manage worldwide logistics, market, promote, support and maintain all by ourselves. It takes all of the capacity of our small team especially when operating remotely.
We think you should also know that tight now literally all gained income immediately goes back into the company to cover all maintainnance, operations and fulfillment for all the orders.
We try to do our best and really hope you guys can understand. Thanks again for keeping us in shape with your feedback.

Hi. I ordered in August last year. On the marketplace. Not via kickstarter. So almost a year now.
And I read the response here below. It’s all understandable. I’ll be patient again.

It was a subsequent order, I only received a order confirmation. No tracking info.
I very much applaud Microrack trying to be more transparent on stock amount and shipping times. That will put some minds at ease.
