I’m in my summer break from a Kosmo format project that is coming up on my third year of soldering. Getting close to usable. I only work on it late fall through early spring.

Some PCBs directly sourced from JLC, some acquired via trades, some directly from LMNC. Probably only 1/3 of my modules mounted at the moment. Need to build another case soon.

These are both incredible resources for those interested in DIY.

My not so modular setup. Well sort of semimodular, I came up with through trial and error. Now I go into modular synthesis to understand it better. And actually I dream of gear tailored exactly to my taste and intentions. Including that it should be implemented in a single box. So I think I’ll have to build it by myself

Here’s my DIY kosmo work in progress. I had never even played with a synth really before getting into it. Lots of blank panels in there that still need populating, and I want to do a proper case next, as well as an additional one for more kosmo modules and hopefully some microrack soon!
