Shipping label created a month ago

I got an email that my shipment was on its way nearly a month ago, and the only activity on the tracker is that the shipping label was created. Today marks one month of the shipping label existing, but the package still hasn’t shipped. I’ve sent an email to support, but have received no reply. Trying here to get some response.
